AN EVENING OF TWO KITCHENS, ONE VERY SPECIAL COLLABORATION
For the very first time, we're bringing together Docket Restaurant and Iscoyd Park for a very special Supper Club, creating an entirely new dining experience that celebrates the food, character and creativity of both.
Rather than recreating a dinner at Docket or a typical evening at Iscoyd, our teams are joining forces to create something completely unique: an immersive dining experience that unfolds through the house and grounds, bringing together the very best of both Docket and Iscoyd in one collaborative eight-course tasting menu.
With a limited number of places available for this first-ever collaboration, we're delighted to invite you to join us for what promises to be a rather special evening.
THE EVENING
Your evening begins at 7pm, arriving through the front door of Iscoyd, where we'll welcome you with Champagne and canapés in the Library.
From there, you'll make your way across to the Coach House for an eight-course tasting menu, created collaboratively by the Docket and Iscoyd kitchen teams especially for this occasion.
Bringing together the individual styles, expertise and creativity of both kitchens, each course will form part of a dining experience designed to celebrate what makes Docket and Iscoyd so special.
THE WINE FLIGHT
For those who'd like to enjoy the full experience, an optional wine flight will be available for an additional £65 per person.
Featuring expertly selected wines paired with each of the courses, it's an opportunity to explore the menu alongside wines chosen to complement every dish.
Simply indicate in the 'Order Notes' box at checkout if you would like to add a wine flight to your booking, chargeable on the evening.
MEET DOCKET
Founded by husband-and-wife team Stuart and Frances Collins in 2017, Docket Restaurant has become a destination for diners who appreciate exceptional food, inventive tasting menus and genuinely knowledgeable hospitality.
Chef Patron Stuart's impressive career has taken him from the kitchens of Michael Caines and Gordon Ramsay to New York and Doha, before returning to Shropshire to open Docket. In 2021, he became a regional champion on BBC's Great British Menu.
Alongside him, Frances brings a wealth of international restaurant experience and a shared passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Together, they've built a restaurant recognised by both the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide.
For this very special evening, Stuart and the Docket team will be working alongside our own chefs to bring their combined ideas, experience and creativity to the table.

A selection of our bedrooms will be available to book separately for guests joining us for the evening. Enjoy dinner without having to think about the journey home, followed by breakfast at Iscoyd the next morning.

Your ticket includes:
- Champagne and canapés on arrival
- A collaborative eight-course tasting menu
2. Add an optional wine flight - £65 per person
- Enhance your evening with expertly paired wines, selected to accompany each course of your tasting menu.
- £65 per person. Please indicate the number of wine flights required for your booking in the 'Order Notes' box at checkout.
Additional drinks and accommodation are charged separately. Please also advise us of any dietary requirements when booking.
JOIN US FOR ONE VERY SPECIAL EVENING
Places are limited for this first collaboration.
To secure your table, tickets are £10 per person - this will be deducted from your final bill on the day.
We kindly ask that one person purchases all tickets for the table to keep the booking process smooth. Your table will be reserved under the name of the ticket buyer.
