Shipping policy

Please note that due to COVID-19 enforced social distancing measures, order and delivery times are currently taking a little longer than usual. You will receive an email notification with delivery information once your order has been shipped. We are processing orders as fast as we can during this time and thank you for your patience.

We currently offer the following delivery and collection options for your order:

Royal Mail 1st Class - Non-tracked. Normally arrives in 1-2 business days.

Tracked 48 with Signature - Courier tracked, signed-for delivery within 2-3 working days to a UK mainland address for all orders placed before 2pm. Tracking details will be sent to you upon shipment. 

Collection from Iscoyd Park - free collection is available from Iscoyd Park for all items. We offer COVID-safe, socially distanced collection time-slots Mon | Weds | Fri, 1-5pm; and Sat 10am - 12pm. A member of the Iscoyd team will be in touch to organise your preferred time-slot for pick-up once your order has been prepared for collection.

PLEASE NOTE: Our current working hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.
